Job descriptionDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care for Neuro IMCU patients. Monitor neurological status, perform assessments, and administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care plans. Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery plans, and ongoing care needs. Maintain accurate documentation and follow all hospital policies and standards. Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). License : Active Georgia RN license or Multi-State Compact. Certifications : ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required Experience : New graduates welcome; prior neuro or critical care experience preferred.
