Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineer Manager II, Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers on financial business systems

Provide technical guidance and participate in design and code reviews

Drive project execution, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or computer science discipline

2-5 years of experience leading software engineering teams

Strong technical background with full stack solutions including Netsuite, Vertex, and Zuora

Experience with high-traffic applications and distributed systems

Hands-on coding or debugging experience when necessary
