The #1 Sp;orts Construction Company is seeking a proven Project Manager. They are looking for someone with experience on wet / dry utilities, asphalt, concrete, DOT or grading / excavating, experience.
This role is in office but all local work. This company is well known for their Great Values, GREAT company culture and NEW construction technologies!
Requirements For Civil Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction
- Heavy civil construction experience
- West / dry utilities
- Good documentation skills
- Proactive in solving issues quickly.
- Timely and Organized
- Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, but Construction Management will be considered.
Responsibilities for Civil Project Manager
- Work well with all other team members.
- Effectively communicate progress / problems with relevant team members
- Prepare Project Production Schedules
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job.
