As a Bridge CAD technician, you will be responsible for supporting structural detailing effort, plan sheet development, and potentially 3D bridge modeling for multi-discipline transportation projects. Projects will include single- and multi-span bridges, complex retaining walls, and require close coordination with Bridge Engineers.

Compensation : $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

As a Bridge CAD technician, you will be responsible for supporting structural detailing effort, plan sheet development, and potentially 3D bridge modeling for multi-discipline transportation projects. Projects will include single- and multi-span bridges, complex retaining walls, and require close coordination with Bridge Engineers.

What are the core responsibilities for the role?

• Be enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-disciplined to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers
• Produce accurate output with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Manage project data files from various sources
• Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually / remotely
• Manage workspaces and develop plan sets in ORD, including sheet creation and plan set development
