Proven experience working with technical stakeholders to diagnose needs and build clear, actionable requirements.

Strong ability to understand business processes and map workflows across systems and teams.

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, especially Campus Solutions and Financial Aid modules.

Familiarity with API integration and understanding of how systems communicate across platforms.

Exposure to cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Redshift.

Working knowledge of Oracle databases and related enterprise systems.

Excellent documentation skills and ability to translate complex technical flows into clear business language.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and assigning ownership where needed.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across executive, technical, and peer levels.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 / hr.
