Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager-Technology to lead and manage large-scale platform initiatives with a global impact. This role requires a proven leader who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, drive strategic delivery, and ensure measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payments ecosystems, governance, risk, compliance, and exceptional change leadership skills. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado, requiring 1-2 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities :
- Lead large-scale platform initiatives with global impact, managing cross-functional teams including engineering, product, compliance, and operations.
- Engage with executive stakeholders and influence at the C-suite level to align teams with strategic objectives.
- Deliver high-value programs with measurable ROI, including business case development and cost-benefit analysis.
- Prioritize investments and optimize resources to maximize business impact.
- Provide expertise in payments ecosystems, including merchant acquiring, settlement, tokenization, and regulatory compliance.
- Translate technical complexities into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement and manage program governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage risk, vendor relationships, and third-party engagements effectively.
- Drive adoption across global teams through exceptional change management and clear communication strategies.
- Build stakeholder trust and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

Pay Range : $70 - $95
