Your Mission
Responsibilities
True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This is a generational opportunity to architect a solution to some of the most challenging mission sets in missile defense, not to mention aerospace engineering as a whole. You will be accountable for cost, schedule, and performance of the host vehicle development effort within the SBI program. You will develop and manage program plans, budgets, and schedules to meet contractual and technical objectives while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams to ensure program execution and delivery. You will lead risk management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
10+ years program management experience for aerospace vehicle development from concept through fieldingProven leadership of cross-functional teams and major subcontractsStrong understanding of earned value management, risk assessment, and configuration controlStrong background in systems engineering practices : requirements, verification, trade studies, interface control, and failure analysisAbility to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundariesBachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or related field. Masters or Ph.D. preferredU.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD SecretDesired Qualifications
Advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems EngineeringExperience with missile defense or space vehicle programsStrong track record leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing design-to-delivery cyclesBackground in systems engineering or technical program managementTS / SCI clearanceCompensation
Base Salary : Denver : $195,000-$270,000, Long Beach : $200,000-$280,000Equity + Benefits : including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA / HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.
Additional Requirements
Work Location : Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs.
