Direct Counsel is representing an established and growing Workers’ Compensation law firm seeking a Workers’ Compensation Intake Specialist to join its team in Burbank, CA . This full-time, in-office position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, client-focused environment dedicated to helping injured workers navigate their claims.

Position Overview :

As the first point of contact for potential clients, the Intake Specialist will gather detailed information regarding work-related injuries, assess potential claims, and guide clients through the intake and sign-up process. Spanish fluency is required for effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct initial interviews with potential clients to collect detailed information about their work injuries

Respond to client inquiries and provide information about the firm’s workers’ compensation services

Guide clients through the intake and sign-up process, including using DocuSign

Meet with clients in person when necessary to complete sign-up procedures

Maintain accurate and organized client records in the firm’s case management system (MerusCase)

Qualifications :

Bilingual in Spanish (required)

Prior experience in a workers’ compensation or personal injury law firm preferred

Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site
