Senior Subrogation Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Subrogation Specialist to manage complex claims and negotiate settlements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims across specialty areas

Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies

Negotiate settlements with clients and prepare reserve and settlement authority requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled
