Assistant New Home Sales Consultant
Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Sales Assistant to their team. Pay is between $35,000-45,000.
What you will do
- Assist the sales team in providing exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers by promptly responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to organize and execute successful sales events, including open houses and model home tours, to attract potential buyers and showcase available properties.
- Support the sales process by preparing and distributing sales materials, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with contract documentation to facilitate efficient transactions and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitors, to provide informed assistance to customers and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
