We’re hiring a Streaming Video Software Engineer (LATAM only)

Are you passionate about real-time video and high-performance software development? Join our team working with U.S.-based clients on cutting-edge streaming solutions.

Strong programming skills in C++ and Python

Proven experience with real-time video stream processing

Hands-on knowledge of encoding / decoding / transcoding workflows

Solid experience with WebRTC (especially in SFU contexts, not just peer-to-peer)

Experience with NDI , particularly NDI HX

Practical use of GStreamer and RTP-based pipelines

Comfortable working on performance-sensitive applications (debugging, profiling)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Advanced English (required to work closely with U.S. teams)

Nice to Have :

Familiarity with Java or Node.js

Understanding of low-level networking and multimedia systems
