Job description$100,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedule Pay structure RVU based Comprehensive benefits available for full-time employees Collaborative and procedure-focused hospital environment Perform a broad range of interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, tumor ablations, biopsies, drainages, and vascular access procedures Use advanced imaging modalities (fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI) for procedure guidance Collaborate with referring physicians to develop and execute individualized care plans Clearly communicate procedure expectations and post-procedure instructions to patients Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems Mentor junior staff or residents (optional but welcomed) Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Stay current with innovations and best practices in interventional radiology MD or DO from an accredited medical school Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain Strong clinical skills and confidence in managing high-acuity cases Effective communicator with a team-based mindset Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Universal Radiology Partners of Florida (URPFL) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our growing team in Wellington, Florida. This full-time and part time position offers a consistent two weeks on / two weeks off schedule, promoting meaningful work-life balance. You’ll work in a modern facility with state-of-the-art technology, supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team.
