Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities. Determines systems software design requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

Potential for conversion. Preferred if candidate has any knowledge or experience with QNX or regulated software development. Candidate should be good at Embedded Programming with C, C++ Should understand concepts of RTOS, Kernel, Device Drivers and Network stacks Familiar with operations of serial buses such as SPI, I2C, USB
