We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This position focuses on managing key accounting and HR tasks, including payroll, bookkeeping, accounts payable / receivable, and employee support. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, possesses a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting Functions :

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as needed.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal tax and reporting requirements.
