About the Role
As a Senior Partner Manager, you will manage one of our largest restaurant merchant relationships. You will work in a client-facing role to drive partnership growth through demand generation, pitch and upsell strategy, and expansion opportunities. Partner Managers work cross-functionally with Partner Engineers, Product, and Marketing to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and our strategic merchant partners. You will work to meet and exceed our team's quarterly growth targets which are currently centered around Net Acquisition, Demand Generation, and Trips.
Who are we looking for? Someone who has proven success building best-in-class partnerships with complex brands and developing deep executive-level relationships. This candidate will also have a passion for logistics, eCommerce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

For Chicago, IL-based roles : The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $168,571 - $187,143. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $118,000 - $131,000 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $50,571 - $56,143. The cash variable incentive payment is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
