CIVIL ENGINEER

I am looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience .

In a typical week you may :

• Provide analysis and design for engineering projects including resources analysis, computations, design drafting, team communications, scheduling, budgeting.
• Play a key role in design and coordination of site development, transportation, drainage, and utility projects
• Communicate and meet with clients, permitting agencies, and public officials
• Provide mentorship and assistance for other engineers and staff and coordinate with other design team members on a consistent basis
• Develop client relationships and apply marketing strategies for business development

You need to have :

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design
• In-depth experience with Bentley CAD software including Power GEOPAK, InRoads, or OpenRoads Designer
• Experience with AutoCAD with in-depth Civil 3D experience a plus
• Degree in civil engineering and Professional Licensure in Minnesota
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Proven ability to develop technical specifications, construction estimates, and other project documents, including managing regulatory permits and applications
• Field observation experience and an understanding of construction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
