Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The BT or RBT will work directly with children and individuals with behavioral health needs, implementing treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is essential in providing support to clients and assisting in their development through effective behavior management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress during sessions.
- Assist clients in developing social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
- Provide support in behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the client’s needs.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development related to behavioral health practices.
Experience
