A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate care coordination services for members needing behavioral health support
Complete documentation and treatment plan development while ensuring quality and adherence to contractual obligations
Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and resolve care coordination issues
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; OR Registered Nurse with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
Active, unrestricted license to practice in Washington (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PSY) or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
2+ years of post-licensure behavioral health experience, preferably in a managed care organization
Case management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
