Quality Assurance Manager
Candidate will be the champion of quality in promoting customers' perception Power Integrations products. Candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by managing quality standards and customer expectations. Candidate will work seamlessly with various functional groups within the company and its supply base to secure customers' approval of PI products, facilitate customer audits, ensure timely resolution of product quality problems, and drive corrective and preventive actions as needed. Candidate will act as the technical interface on quality matters with customers. As such, candidate must have quality systems expertise with excellent organizational and communication skills. Candidate must have a proven track record of having worked in a similar role in a semiconductor company. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

The annual base pay range for this position is $158,695- $229,046. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
