By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you'll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic Obstetrics & Gynecology East Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.\n\nUsing excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this phone-based role include : \n

• Responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients over the phone, while following established standards and practices.\n
• Verifies necessary information and performs patient assessment over the phone.\n
• May call the patient with the provider's return message and carry out tasks or orders sent by the provider.\n
• Works directly with physicians and staff in coordinating excellent patient care.\n
• Functions as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.\n
• Updating records as needed.\n
• Other duties as assigned.\n\nSalary : Hiring range, based on experience and credentials : \n\nRegistered Nurse : \n
• Level I : $41.13-$55.65 per hour.\n
• Level II : $45.24-$61.21 per hour.\n
• Level III : $49.77-$67.33 per hour.\n\nLicensed Practical Nurse : \n
• Level I $28.18-$38.12 per hour.\n
• Level II $31.00-$41.93 per hour.\n\nWorkdays : This role is located at the Providence Professional Plaza. Remote / Hybrid work options are available after training completion and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or SW Washington. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, (8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm).\n\nQualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including : \n
• Minimum of one (1) year of previous nursing experience is required. Two (2) years or more is strongly preferred. Specialty experience in OBGYN and / or Advice nursing is a plus!\n
• Current Oregon State RN or LPN license is required.\n
• Current CPR / BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.\n
• Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is preferred. Epic experience is a plus!\n
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.\n
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.\n
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.\n
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.\n
