Job Title
This role is focused on designing, launching, and managing enterprise-wide development programs that strengthen core capabilities like communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills. You'll work closely with our centralized teamsInstructional Design, Facilitation, Digital Learning, HRBPs, and People Analyticsto ensure these programs are timely, relevant, and aligned with GM's evolving competencies and business needs. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in L&D, program management, or talent development.
Demonstrated experience designing and managing professional / behavioral skill development programs at scale.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across matrixed organizations.
Fluency in adult learning principles, behavior change, and learner engagement strategies.
Strong program execution, management, and analytical skills with a track record of scaling effective learning initiatives.
Ability to translate abstract development needs into concrete, actionable programming.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $105,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
