Human Resources Assistant

MaxHealth is looking for an Human Resources Assistant to join a fast paced and dynamic team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide support and coverage for all members of the HR team. Duties will include working with Talent acquisition and payroll teams as well as other administrative responsibilities.

Candidates must present professionally and be self-directed. Pay range starts at $20.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities

• Edit and audit payroll timesheets.
• Use Applicant Tracking Tool to post listings & source candidates.
• Assist with benefit implementations and Open enrollment.
• Assist to reconcile monthly billing statements against payroll deductions.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation process.
• May support and perform other HR duties as needed.
