Job Summary :
LHH is currently recruiting a Legal Support Specialist to provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals for an office in Atlanta. This role requires prior experience as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation, within a law firm or similar environment. The client is looking for strong organizational skills, a customer service attitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with technology are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver legal, word processing, and administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
Provide in-person coverage for legal assistants as needed
Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and conferences
Organize and maintain case files and legal documents
Prepare and process monthly client billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
Track and submit reimbursement and marketing expense reports
Manage correspondence, billing letters, and time entry files
Enter attorney timesheets into the CMS database
Open new client and matter files in accordance with procedures
Assist with attorney calendars and contact management
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with document formatting, including Styles, Table of Authorities, and Table of Contents
Familiarity with Kofax PDF is preferred
Knowledge of NetDocs or similar document management systems
Experience with Litera or similar redlining / tracking software is preferred

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
