Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products aligned with business needs, driving operational and customer value
• Own and communicate the product roadmap and vision; manage and prioritize the product backlog and user stories
• Elicit, document, and refine business and technical requirements, ensuring clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA to guide the development lifecycle from planning to implementation
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, planning, retros) and track team performance metrics such as velocity and capacity
• Support testing, deployment, and production, using feedback and metrics to continuously improve processes and delivery outcomes

Compensation : $83,160.00 / Year - $118,800.00 / Year
