Payroll Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage payroll processes for a large and diverse workforce while ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations. If you have a strong background in full-cycle payroll operations and are proficient with ADP Workforce Now, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee full-cycle payroll processes for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage payroll for over 500 employees, addressing discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain accurate system data.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll operations with organizational goals.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement efficiency measures.
  • Provide guidance and support to payroll staff, fostering skill development.
  • Monitor payroll budgets and control costs effectively.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll operations, including multi-state payroll.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes and systems.
  • Expertise in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Experience managing payroll for large organizations with 500+ employees.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
