$20,000 Sign-on Bonus with two (2) year commitment to that role. Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.\nStatus / FTE :

Three (3) 12-hour shifts weekly, every third weekend and holidays by rotation
Required qualifications : \nCurrent state RN license\nAssociate's degree from an accredited nursing school\nBLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire\nACLS and NRP are required within six (6) months of hire\nOne (1) to Three (3) years of inpatient L&D experience
Preferred qualifications : \nBSN preferred\nThree to Five (3 to 5) years L&D, high-risk L&D or Charge nursing experience\nRNC-OB and / or RNC-EFM Certification\nAWHONN FHM and STABLE within the first year

The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents.
