Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance

The Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance is a role within the Walmart Fleet Services team focusing on sustainable transportation, world class maintenance operations and will help lead Walmart's fleet of the future. The role is based in Bentonville, AR. This position reports to the Director, Transportation Maintenance and will require up to 25% travel.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, automated manufacturing, or related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively confidence, credibility, and concise, organized thoughts
• The ability to partner and collaborate while establishing credibility, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively and efficiently
• Demonstratable business acumen and ownership of project activity
• Defining vision and strategies for alternate fuel vehicle technologies using internal and external requirements, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
• Leading in design and development of progressing alternate fuel vehicle technologies
• Establishing, influencing, and managing high-visibility key supplier relationships

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, fleet maintenance, or a related area. Option 2 : 7 years' experience in engineering, fleet maintenance, or a related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master's degree or Doctorate in Engineering, Fleet Maintenance, or related area.
