A company is looking for a Dedicated Client Care Specialist to provide technical support to key customers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer technical issues via phone and email
Document customer issues and ensure incidents are addressed according to service level agreements
Conduct regular system diagnostics and provide assessments for assigned customer accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written
At least 1 year of experience supporting relevant products
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking principles
