As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards, while motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
