Overview : We are in search of an Electrical Controls Technician to bolster our team. This role calls for a proficient individual with a knack for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a diverse array of automated electrical production equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, adept at swiftly identifying and rectifying circuitry issues without relying on extensive documentation.

The Senior Electrical Maintenance Specialist will be pivotal in ensuring our production processes operate seamlessly, contributing to heightened efficiency and product quality.

Main Responsibilities :

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated automated electrical production machinery to uphold operational excellence and minimize downtime.

Demonstrate proficiency in wiring and swiftly diagnosing circuitry issues using control schematics and ladder diagrams, ensuring uninterrupted equipment functionality.

Spearhead enhancements by modifying control circuitry as necessary to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.

Address mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic challenges to facilitate comprehensive equipment repairs and enhancements.

Provide invaluable technical guidance to operators to maximize productivity and maintain stringent quality standards.

Identify root causes of persistent failures and implement strategic measures to mitigate or eradicate them effectively.

Coach and assist operators to ensure adherence to quality protocols and meet output targets consistently.

Maintain meticulous records in accordance with procedural requirements and contribute to refining process validation procedures.

Manage and replenish MRO spare parts inventory to guarantee seamless maintenance operations.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and equipment calibration, ensuring reliability and precision are upheld.

Collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product or process issues and devise cost-effective solutions.

Maintain transparent communication with supervisors, promptly reporting any factors affecting product quality or output.

Foster effective collaboration with support personnel, including Set-up, Process, and Product Engineers.

Utilize specialized electrical diagnostic equipment proficiently, adapting to diverse troubleshooting scenarios.

Employ a wide range of electrical and electromechanical control equipment, leveraging expertise in PLCs, sensors, and related hardware.

Assume full accountability for eradicating non-conformities within product quality standards.

Qualifications :

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in electrical maintenance is advantageous.

Showcase a track record of success as an Electrical Maintenance Specialist in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Exhibit exceptional prowess in diagnosing and rectifying complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic challenges.

Demonstrate adeptness in interpreting control schematics and technical documentation to swiftly address equipment issues.

Display comprehensive knowledge of electrical control systems, including PLCs and sensory apparatus.

Possess strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, fostering collaborative relationships within the team.

Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously or within a team dynamic.

Show flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, to address emergent maintenance needs.
