Utilize online booking tools and platforms to assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements.

Ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations, payments, and confirmations.

Product Knowledge :

Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

Develop a deep understanding of various travel products, including flights, hotels, tours, and packages.

Customer Relationship Management :

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and offering post-travel assistance.

Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.

Communication Skills :

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media.
