Great Life Counseling Center (GLCC) is privately owned group family psychology practice in north Dallas, Texas. Under the direction of founding CEO, Kevin Lambert, Psy.
D., MBA, the group aspires to "strengthen relationships and enhance lives fostering healthier families and communities." For this senior associate position, the group is looking for a licensed or license eligible Ph.
D. or Psy.D. clinician to enthusiastically contribute to the center's productivity, collaboration, and the development of its doctoral trainees.
This is a full time W2 position that will offer a base salary plus profit share incentives for meeting productivity goals.

Responsibilities
All full time GLCC clinicians work in-office at least 35 hours per week with at least 7 evening hours per week (after 5pm or Saturday) to meet the needs of our primary target audience, couples, children, and families who can't visit the office until after school or work.
The 35 in-office hours are provided Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Thursday + Saturday. Fridays are also a workday but clinicians are not required to work from the office unless they are conducting an assessment administration or they are seeing more than 2 rescheduled clients.
As a senior associate, the selected candidate will be expected to contribute to clinical training events and rotations, provide secondary or backup supervision as needed, attend promotional and community service events, and model professionalism as well as an alignment with the organization's core values : family, faith, grit, integrity, and development.
Qualifications
Applicants must have earned a doctorate degree in psychology or marriage and family therapy from an APA or COAMFTE accredited program AND be licensed or licensed eligible in the state of Texas.
Preferred applicants will also have significant training and experience with couples and family therapy and clinical supervision.
Strong writing skills are required as is the ability to learn quickly and integrate new information every week.
