SUMMARY :

The Food Service Assistant provides support in areas such as production, safety, sanitation, customer service, catered events and other aspects as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and serve daily meals in accordance with the menu. This also includes preparing and the set up / break down of on-site events.
• Provide exceptional & timely customer service to all individuals that enter the food service area.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships among staff, residents and community volunteers.
• Quality food production within the HACCP program to maintain food safety. Establish a safe & sanitary work environment.
