JOB SUMMARY :

The Maintenance Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting USALCOs corporate Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) strategy. This individual is responsible for leading the implementation of standardized, proactive, and sustainable maintenance practices at the site level that align with USALCOs M&R roadmap.

This position ensures the safety, efficiency, and reliability of production assets by overseeing maintenance operations, coaching the site maintenance team, and collaborating cross-functionally. The Maintenance Manager is accountable for executing the sites preventive maintenance strategy, managing the work order process in the CMMS, monitoring key KPIs, and supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) deployment.

This position reports directly to the Plant Manager at the site and maintains a dotted-line (indirect) reporting relationship with the Corporate Maintenance & Reliability Manager to ensure alignment with company-wide M&R standards and initiatives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBITIES :

1. Leadership and Development :

• Lead the site maintenance team, including mechanical, electrical, and I&E technicians, in line with USALCOs skills matrix and training programs.
• Build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement through coaching, mentorship, and team development.
• Promote and model safety leadership and adherence to SHE&Q standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of both in-house maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of maintenance activities.
