The Production Technician will support daily manufacturing operations, with a primary focus on cartridge filling and assembly, in accordance with strict quality control and compliance standards.

Operate cartridge filling, sealing, and labeling equipment with precision and efficiency.
Support setup, calibration, and minor maintenance of cartridge production lines.
Ensure all filled units meet quality assurance criteria before transfer.
Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment regularly.
Monitor and track raw materials and completed cartridges for internal inventory purposes.
Collaborate with Leads and Managers to meet production goals and timelines.
Follow all state and company regulations for product tracking, labeling, and sanitation.
Maintain documentation to ensure traceability and compliance Physical Requirements Manual Dexterity and Hand Strength Frequent use of hands for operating production tools, equipment adjustments, and fine motor tasks.
Ability to complete precise activities such as measuring, capping, and sealing cartridges.
Standing and Sitting for Extended Periods Ability to stand or sit for 6–8 hours, depending on task assignments.
Regular movement between production lines and support areas required.
Lifting and Carrying Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. of product or equipment.
Routine bending, reaching, and handling of materials during operations.
Repetitive Motions Repetitive motions during cartridge filling, capping, and quality checks.
Prolonged hand / wrist movements required in high-volume production tasks.
Pace and Attention to Detail Work at a consistent, efficient pace while maintaining precision and accuracy.
Maintain strict attention to quality control and compliance standards.
Visual and Quality Inspection Skills Ability to detect irregularities in fill levels, capping, or cartridge appearance.
Read and verify label information for internal tracking. Working Conditions Indoor, Controlled Environment Work conducted in a temperature-regulated, sanitized production facility.
Clean and Hygienic Work Areas Compliance with sanitation protocols required; PPE (gloves, coats, hairnets) enforced.
Odor Exposure Regular exposure to the scent of cannabis oil and infused product materials.
Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Work Collaboration with team members to meet hourly and daily output goals.
Regulatory and Compliance-Based Work Adherence to strict SOPs, product tracking, and cannabis compliance guidelines.
Ergonomic Considerations Anti-fatigue mats and ergonomically organized stations used to reduce strain. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 21 years of age or older.
Prior experience in cannabis production, food manufacturing, or assembly line work preferred.
ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred, or willingness to obtain.
Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines precisely.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Missouri Agent Card.
