Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a People Advisory Coordinator to join its Americas team in New York City. This newly created position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values professional growth, global connection, and employee well-being. This role will support the firm's People Advisory team across a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, compensation processes, and employee lifecycle coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting people operations within a dynamic global organization. Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a professional services environment working across global or remote cross-border teams. Collaborative and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience with data management and maintenance, including use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics. The salary for this position is $73,600-$119,000.
