In this role, you'll be at the center of financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our capital asset reporting and compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate across departments, contribute to strategic financial decisions, and help shape the future of our infrastructure investments.

What You'll Do :

• Own and manage capital additions, adjustments, and retirements in Oracle.
• Prepare and maintain construction work-in-progress reports, tracking project activity.
• Manage developer-contributed assets and associated funding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support refund processing for contributed asset agreements (AIAC).
• Participate in monthly close processes, including capitalized interest, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Analyze and report depreciation expenses monthly.
• Prepare audit documentation and support regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to special projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
