A company is looking for a Resolution Center - Remote Call Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing routine inquiries and problems from customers and third-party providers
Logs and tracks inquiries using computer applications, documenting interactions and actions taken
Coordinates with other departments and escalates unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
Basic level PC skills
Basic search engine skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
