Base pay range : $55.00 / hr - $65.00 / hr

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across Content programs.

Ensure continuity of key initiatives and maintain strong alignment with stakeholders.

Coordinate closely with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.

Track progress against milestones, provide updates, and escalate risks as needed.

Support governance, documentation, and process adherence.

Provide consistent reporting to internal teams and external partners.

Anticipate and minimize risks to timelines and resource allocation.

Handle additional tasks to maintain the continuity of the teams work.

Requirements

35 years of project / program management experience.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Tech industry experience required; media or marketing industry experience preferred.

Proficiency with program management tools : Jira, Wrike, Confluence, Slack, and Google Suite.

Bonus Skills

Experience in software development, content programming, or engineering collaboration.

Familiarity with localization processes and CMS tools.

Project / Program Management certifications.
