Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator (Entry Level) to join our growing HR division. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to HR Operations, including coordination of pre-employment and onboarding activities, and serve as a frontline resource for employee inquiries related to HR functions such as Benefits, HR Systems, and Employee Experience. You will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the accurate handling and maintenance of employee information. Key responsibilities include : Embody McKinstry's People First philosophy in every interaction with employees. Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience. Manage the HR mailbox and respond promptly to a wide range of frontline HR inquiries. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR system. Participate in special projects and drive workflow improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes as needed. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Live McKinstry's core values and People First philosophy by delivering exceptional customer service with urgency, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction. Experience with pre-employment processes, HRIS data entry, employee records management, onboarding, and related administrative tasks is preferred. Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining flexibility within established processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage employees and team members. Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating accountability and ownership while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Demonstrated drive and willingness to go the extra mile, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and advocating for change. Exercise sound judgment in situations where answers are not clear-cut. Experience with Workday is a plus. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $36.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related factors per our policies.
