As our Assistant, you will support both the real estate and coaching divisions with tasks ranging from social media engagement and video editing to client communication and organizational support. You will play an integral role in expanding our brand presence, growing our podcast, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content
- Create, edit, and publish engaging reels, posts, and stories across multiple platforms.
- Actively engage with followers (comments, DMs, shares) to drive growth.
- Assist in podcast growth : editing, posting, and repurposing content.
- Real Estate Support
- Manage CRM data entry, follow-up tasks, and appointment scheduling.
- Support property marketing efforts (social posts, video walk-throughs, etc.).
- Eventually assist with property access / showings after obtaining a real estate license.
- Organization & Communication
- Maintain calendars, deadlines, and project workflows.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries across platforms.
- Provide weekly reports on performance and deliverables.
Qualifications :
Strong communication and organizational skills.Proven ability to grow social media accounts or online communities.Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).Knowledge of podcast editing / distribution is a plus.Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling platforms, or task management tools.Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new platforms.Positive, high-energy personality with a growth mindset.Must be open to eventually obtaining a real estate license.Benefits :
