Job descriptionSupervise and direct concrete crews on job sites Perform and oversee layout, forming, pouring, and finishing Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications Read and interpret construction drawings (preferred) Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and crew assignments Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and crew members Maintain a safe and productive job site Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a lead role Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation. Must be willing to undergo drug screening in accordance with local law and regulations. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Strong knowledge of concrete layout, finishing, and construction practices Ability to read construction plans (preferred) Excellent leadership and communication skills Competitive pay : $40 – $50 per hour (depending on experience) Full-time position with steady work Paid holidays after 6 months Paid vacation after 1 year Opportunities for growth and advancement
