Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the dealership's sales process
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery
• Present and demonstrate inventory to customers
• Maintain and update daily inventory reports
• Develop strategies to increase market share
• Prepare and review monthly sales plans with leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, gross profit, and monthly sales targets according to dealership standards
• Stay informed about products, market trends, and certification requirements
• Be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Education and Experience

Prior sales experience, relevant education, and training are advantageous.
