Overview / Responsibilities
As a Marketing Associate based in our Boston, MA office, you will work closely with Redgates VP of Marketing and other firm leaders to execute key components of the firms marketing strategy.
The core function of this role is to ensure that qualifications packages, marketing collateral, and case studies are up-to-date, high-quality, and consistent, bringing a collaborative approach to the documents development to ensure they support business leaders new business efforts. You will also support the development of pitch presentations, contribute to compelling storytelling, and drive content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. Storytelling requires great data, so you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and bringing awareness to data trackers, testimonials, and other impactful information that makes presentations and brochures more compelling.
A key component of this role also involves managing the proposal development process and responding to RFPs for public procurement and other opportunities as they arise. Acting as proposal project manager, you will track deadlines, monitor addenda and online portals, coordinate with pursuit teams, and ensure accountability across firm stakeholders and team partners. You will collaborate on the design and production of proposal documents, working closely with firm leaders, graphic design partners, and the marketing team. You will grow into a role in which you will be driving much of the content.

Collateral, Case Studies & Presentations
- Manage the creation of project profiles and case studies through direct collaboration with project managers, staff, and firm leaders
- Regularly refresh marketing collateral and qualifications packages as new projects are completed and added to the pipeline
- Support the creation of pitch presentations and client reports using collaborative tools to enable active team participation
- Organize and manage internal data tracking systems
- Monitor and ensure organization of marketing assets and content libraries (photography bank etc.)
Proposal Project Management

This includes introducing new hires to the marketing team, ensuring they are set up with bios, headshots, business cards, and formatted e-signaturesEvents & Internal Communications
Contribute creative input to internal communications, firm updates, and company-wide initiativesSupport company event planning in collaboration with HR, including invite distribution and RSVP managementActively participate and help host company-wide eventsDesign

25 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related fieldpreferably in real estate, higher education, life sciences, healthcare, or development.Solutions-oriented, collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and confidence navigating dynamic processes.Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliverables across various assignments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and other visual tools.Technology-forward mindset with curiosity for learning new tools.A graphic design portfolio submitted alongside a rsum (emailed to resume@redgate-re.com ) is strongly encouraged.Compensation
