Engineering Manager

FST Technical Services Commissioning (Cx) division is one of the leading Cx firms in the country. We partner with clients for quality assurance in the design, construction, and post-acceptance phases of building projects. We ensure that equipment in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated systems are designed, installed, and functionally tested to meet the clients requirements and design intent.

The Engineering Manager is responsible to directly manage, support and provide direction and leadership to the Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Field Technicians and Project Coordinators. Responsibilities also include the following :

Understand your team members

Ensure that staff is scheduled effectively to ensure maximum utilization. Maintain and oversee the development and execution of the weekly work plans.

Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and consistently promote additional services, future business and positive references.

Support and lead the development of change orders on existing projects.

Participate in client and / or educational presentations as required. Any special projects as required.

Requirements :

Pay range $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience.
