A company is looking for a Client Manager II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients on project initiatives, coordinating communications and meetings
Consult with clients on development and management of marketing programs, identifying upsell opportunities and coordinating proposals
Maintain project documentation and manage project processes to meet client deadlines while ensuring quality control
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of direct marketing account management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Working knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
