Senior Technical Advisor - AI Drug Discovery

We are seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to provide strategic and technical leadership at the intersection of protein folding, structural prediction algorithms, and AI-driven drug discovery.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the data and AI foundation of a cutting-edge biotech company, integrating proprietary protein foot printing data into predictive models and guiding the creation of novel, publishable results that will underpin Series A raise within six months.

This is a fractional role with a few meetings per week initially, scaling to 10–20 hours per week. The role is ideally suited to someone based in the Boston or Cambridge, MA, area.

Strategic technical guidance

• Lead weekly technical reviews with ML scientists; provide hands-on feedback on models and research directions.
• Identify and recommend new approaches when current strategies underperform.
