HR Payroll Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an HR Payroll Manager (direct hire / perm) for a client in Wayne, PA . This role is HYBRID (2 days on-site in Wayne, PA).

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Payroll Manager Include :

• Lead payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian staff, making sure all processes follow national and local laws.
• Coordinate payroll timelines, balance reports, and manage cycles to meet internal policies and legal standards.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, and outside partners to keep payroll systems connected and data accurate.
• Handle audits, tax filings, and payments to government agencies like the IRS and CRA, ensuring full compliance.
• Track performance metrics and service benchmarks to maintain high standards across payroll operations.
