We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. Our attorney team is award-winning. Joining this team means signing on for mentorship, coaching, and collaboration.

We represent clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The Civil Pre-litigation Attorney role will be expected to provide legal advice and guidance, represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and ensure that clients receive top compensation for their injuries..

What you'll be doing :

• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their personal injury claims.
• Represent clients during negotiations with insurance companies.
• Negotiate settlements and ensure clients receive top compensation for their injuries.
• Investigate and gather evidence, interview witnesses, and develop expert opinions.
• Keep clients regularly informed about the progress of their case and provide guidance and assurance throughout the settlement process.
• Ensure strict compliance with legal ethics and professional standards.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Attend required daily morning and monthly Firm "All Hands" meetings.?
• Performs other job duties and responsibilities as required.
