Office Admin
About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin to join our team at Bath Flip in Londonderry, NH. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing exceptional customer service, and providing administrative support to the team.
Part- time : Mon - Fri : 9am - 3pm. Some weekend coverage.
Responsibilities :
- Answering phones, customer questions and attentive to follow-up
- Data entry, customer and job notes
- Scheduling jobs and service
- Review contracts and job scope with customers
- Payment and confirmation calls
- Pulling permits and coordinating site inspections
- Assisting with basic office and bookkeeping tasks
- Some nights and weekends
Requirements :
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor
